NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

The West Catholic Alumni Association by-laws require the Annual Association meeting and general elections to be held in May or June of odd-numbered years. A quorum of thirty (30) members at the Annual Meeting are required to vote on the nominees for the 2023-2025 General Board. An election for the Executive Board positions (President, VP's & Recording secretary) are held at a subsequent meeting.

BY LAW REQUIREMENT

• The Notice of the Annual Meeting required under Article 3, Section C for Annual Meetings in odd years shall specify a date (“Ballot Date”) by which any Member of the Association shall notify the President in writing of his intent to stand for election to the Board. The Ballot Date shall be no more than 10 days before the Annual Meeting.
